Dominic was in a rare good mood as he strolled the stacks of books that made up the library. It was one of the few places he truly liked to be, lost among the written word while he enjoyed his solitude. He hummed a classical tune to himself as he plucked a familiar book from the self, a classic novel of Dracula which was one of his favorites for the reason he enjoyed vampire topics because he thought he was one of them. The intimidating wannabe vampire made his way back from the stacks, his book tucked under his arm while his bright blue-green depths looked about like he were checking his surroundings. Of course his eyes spotted his guard who was keeping a close eye on him since he was known to be a dangerous mental patient which pleased him somehow. He did in a way enjoy being known as dangerous, it was a bit of a strange ego boost for him.
The strange man started humming to himself again while he searched for the prefect spot. He finally found it against the wall, settling down on the floor with his long legs slight bend up with the book resting against them while he read it. Quietly he read his book, his back pressed firmly against the wall while his backside planted on the floor. Of course he could have found somewhere to sit, but he must preferred the floor since it allowed him to stay close to the ground and away from the light which he blamed for stealing his strength away. He was enjoying his solitude when he noticed someone who had caught his attention, who were they?

(Lily is her twin, but Willow hallusinates that Lily is there with her also... Italics is thoughts, Bold is speaking) Willow was now hopelessly lost. She managed to get away from the nurse again. That evil, evil nurse. She never liked that woman. That woman always made her weary. Sure, she was always trying to help, directing and all that fun stuff, but she was always so.. noisy.... always howering over Willow's shoulders, talking, peaking. Sure, she was helpfull on occasion, but mostly she was just a bother. Lily was always there to help! Lily could see! THey didn't need the nurse, they could manage on their own, just like they always did. And they always tended to manage just fine. For the most part.
That morning Willlow woke up feeling rather rested and refreshed. That was a lie. They had to bring her back into her room several times during the night as she kept sleepwalking. Through her nightmares non the less. Running, running, far away. As far away as she could from the evil Carnival. She kept reliving it. Over and over. At one point the nurses even had to sedate her... and it seemed like they even tied her down to a bed, seeing as she woke up in restraints. Lily helped her out, coaxing her that everythign is fine. That nurse was there too. After lunch, Willow managed to escape from the nurse, but her and Lily became sepirated from eachother during their flight, and Willow ended up lost, as Lily was not there to help her. Willow always had trouble with numbers, and Lily was teh one who rememberd all the numbers, steps, and maps. Not to mention Lily was learning Braile.... and Wilow was far from it...which made life rather difficult when they got sepirated.
Now? Now Willow was wondering among the library, her eyebrows drawn together in puzzlement , as she was trying to understand where she was. Though, her sence of touch was pretty good, it was rather still confusing....
"Smooth surfaces.... rough... various shapes... rectangular shape... I'm in the library!" Willow laughed as she spinned a little, quickly regretting that. Shit... where is it... where does it go?" She began to mumble, churning around, feeling the bookselfs trying to figure out where the book had to go back to. Damn it! Where did it come from? Where did it come from?"

Dominic watched the young woman curiously as she wondered about the library, she looked so lost like she couldn't see at all. Could she be blind? The way she touched her surroundings, it was almost a guarantee to him that she was in fact blind. Much like a predatory animal finding the weakest of the herd, he observed her while he considered what he wanted to do with her. Maybe he should help her or at least give the impression he was helpful. She certainly was pretty yet she looked young, a great deal younger then him. Still, the wannabe vampire decided to approach her. Carefully he rose to his feet, placing his book down on a nearby table before he made his way over to Willow.
“Hello, you look lost,” he said in greeting, trying to make his voice sound as inviting as he could to the pretty blind girl. Gently he reached out to her, touching her arm so she would know where he was in the room which was right in front of her. “I am Dominic,” he introduced himself to her, moving to grasp her hand since she blind so he could to give it a shake. “I could help you if you like.” He smiled at her, even though she could not see it. “Don't worry I am like you... I am a patient here, but I assure you I am not insane,” Dominic told Willow in an attempt to assure her, though a mental patient telling another he was not insane was not that reassuring.

Willow, busy with trying to figure out where she got the book from, did not notice anyone aproaching her. People's steps around her, the things she usually tried to listen to so carefully, as some of them could churn out to be steps of that Evil nurse, whose steps she learn to distinguish quite well. After all, nothing good came out of that nurse. Not to mention her being not a nice person. Not too pleasant. When she was off duty, Willow at times felt like throwing a party! For it was a break, perhaps a small one, but a break non the less!
Lost in thought, she flinched when a voice and touch appeared next to her. That is the one thing she just could not get used to. "Oh... um-Hello... Willow smiled ,trying to supress the nerveousness that threatened to rise from the unknown touch. Though, the voice seemed pleasant enough, not screaming or yelling, and the touch was not hurning her, she still found it rather odd.
"Pleasure to meet you Dominic, I'm Willow... And, yes, please... if you could... I got this book, and now I can't find where I placed it...She sighed softly shaking her head. It's rediculous I know.. Willow laughed nerveously.
What is crazy? They tell me that I'm crazy too... but, as far as I know I just can see... and occasionally end up waking up on the other side of the room... It's probably because they want to keep us here. She paused, before smiling slightly. Why do they keep you here?

“The pleasure is all mine, Willow,” he said as he took her hand, lifting it up to his lips which pressed a kiss on the top of her hand like a courtly gentleman of old. Dominic always had a style that seemed old-worldly like he were from another century. However, it seemed to go perfectly with his vampire nature like he were a new Dracula placed inside a mental institution. He chuckled, but it was not meant as an insult “No, it's alright. Don't be embarrassed,” he assured her in a rare display of kindness. “Let's see.”
Dominic emitted a 'hmm' as if he were thinking where she might placed the book. His blue-green eyes scanned the bookshelf she had been searching, looking for the spot while he kept a hand on her shoulder so she knew he was still there. “I'm a vampire... I suppose they are not keen on my kind or my actions, so they lock me up,” he explained to her while he continued his search for the correct spot for Willow's book.
He grinned when he finally discovered it, touching her arm once more to let her know he had found the spot. “I think I have found it,” he exclaimed with a smile once more, though she could not see it. “But you don't have to worry, I have no desire to bite you,” Dominic was capable of good deeds along with his evil actions, though he must preferred to be a 'bad guy.'

Dominic's words and the gentlemanly kiss caused the young woman to blush a deep red, right after she flinched at the unfamiliar touch. She was not used to gestures of kindness. Nor gestures of the old fashioned world. As sweet as they were, as goodly intended....She was a modern child, and modern children rarely knew ways of hte old. Even less, when one can only remeber the curelty of the world, the impossibility of accepting kindess after witnessing so much death.
A....vampire? Willow seemed to stare at him in disbelief. She knew there were some crazy people here, but she also knew that vampires were dangerous. She paled slightly, jumping when he touched her am. Not only did she simply hate when someone she did not know touched her, which caused a small form of a panic attack. But, a person who said they are a vampire, that startled her even more. At least he didn't say anything about killing... or eating her.... and was over all... pretty calm enough... though, not like that thought comforted her.
I... I don't? You... won't try to harm...me?Willow asked quietly, her voice slightly shaky. Where majority of the people were afraid of his appearence, she could not care less. She was worried of other things. Like being harmed. Sure, she tried to off herself in teh past, but it was self inflicted, not by another. By another, she had enough trouble with that damned Evil nurse. It was a miricle that woman was even allowed near patients. She was rude, unkind, mean, and forcefull. Not to mention stupid. H-here.. here's the book... Thank you...

“Yes, I am a vampire, but currently I have no desire for blood,” he said, confirming her words. “You have my word as a gentleman, I shall not harm you.” Dominic replied trying to assure the pretty, young woman his intentions were the purest. He would have added a little bow for Willow, but decided it be useless since she was blind or at least she appeared to be that way. Carefully he took the book from her, giving her hand a gentle squeeze “You're welcome. Stay here, I will be right back,” he turned away from her, making his way to the bookshelf where Willow had gotten her book from. With care, he placed the book back on the shelf and he pushed it in until it was aligned with the other books lining the self.
Satisfied, he returned to Willow “I'm back,” he called to her before he came to stand in front of her so she knew he was presence once more without frightening her. “Would you like to sit with me Willow? I was only reading a book, but I think perhaps the company of another might do me good. They say I spend too much of my time alone anyways,” he said, offering his time and company to his fellow patient, though it was more common to find Dominic being by himself. One of the reasons he spend his time with himself was his mental disorder, preferring his solitude. While another reason was that people often found him strange or creepy.

Willow tried to smile, as he assured her. His statement about being a vampire still rather... worried her. or at least had her on the edge. Not often one meets any of those, and as far as she could remember, they were not to be trusted. After all, they could only be saving you as a snack for later. Though, probably by that point not a tasty snack, seeing as the blood would be filled with adrenalin, and tons of meds. Maybe that's why he doesn't want any blood? Too many meds? Or perhaps, doctors figured it as a way to give him the meds? Since, technically...that could work...
I'm glad... I don't think I'd taste too good...Medications and depression, I don't think those make a good combination... His assurance, at least the addition about the Gentleman's word, made the girl smile. Not many gentlemen were out there. Then again... vampires did live for a rather long time, which would make sence then.... And English Gentleman... The one raised on chivelry and honesty... the world could use more of those... it would a much nicer place. Not to mention much more fantastical! More wonderous! A mystical combination of the old and the new... quite lovely if thought over.
His voice, upon compleating the task seemed to come from the wrong diraction, or was it perhaps because somehow, she managed to churn around? Probably churned around ,the world tended to do alot of that on her. Tables move, chairs fly across the room... and hallways switch diractions. Quite anoying, especially if Llily wasn't with her to diract, but, c'est la vie.
Thank you... again. And, absolutely I'd love to! Willow cheered, nodding enthusiastically. It has just hit her, that she can ask him a million different questions.... If you don't mind me asking... how old are you? I mean.. if you're a gentleman, then no doubt you were raised in the old times, when gentlemen actually existed.. .but.. exactly when? Perhaps a bit direct...but curiosity simply got ahold of her.

“I think it depends on the medication, but I prefer not to take any medication if I can,” he said in a manner that was actually playful like he were having a joke with her. Dominic tilted his head curiously, though she would never see it, when she mentioned something about depression. Did she have depression? “You have depression?” he inquired of her, curious what condition she had which forced her to be locked up in an asylum. He had attacked someone, so they had decided to place him there which what he believed. In fact, this was only the first of it. He was in there for his delusions and they had caused him to attack someone.
“Actually, I'm twenty-nine, but they say I have an old soul. Maybe I am the reincarnation of a knight or perhaps a Victorian gentleman,” He replied as he gently took her arm, caressing it in a comforting gesture as he lead her through the library to a chair. Carefully he guided her to the chair, easing her down before he settled into a one next to her. He gently patted her shoulder to let her know where he was sitting so she would knew where he was in the room. All of his behaviors with Willow actually showed he had a caring side, though he was often seen as creepy and dangerous, but of course even Dracula was seen as a charming individual at certain times. So Dominic happily accepted those personality traits into his own, since he fully believed himself to be a vampire.

Willow smiled, tilting her head to the side, as he mentioned the medication. She didn't like it either. Did everything in her power to stop them from giving her any. Tried to be on her best behaivior, just like the good girl she was. But for some odd unfortunate reason, it just didn't work so well. SOmething always came up in the way of being good. Most of the time it was that stupid-Evil Nurse. She never truly bothered to learn the name... she didn't need it. Evil Nurse got the point across more then well enough. Sometimes other matters came up. But, perhaps if she can convince them enough... they'll belive her?
Yea... guess biting anyone here wouldn't work... most are forced by meds... Nurses on the other hand.... Nurses don't take em... Willow paused, her smile becoming slightly devious. There is this Evil Nurse how ever.... Not sure how she'll taste.... but it would be good if we could get rid of her! She's mean! And stupid! And it's a compleate wonder that she got a licence at all! Willow pouted slightly, her eyebrows drawing together.
The young woman paused slightly, her head tilting to the side, as her smile faultered. She was remembering. They say I do... some other things too...but I don't belive them. I mean... I seem fine... and I feel fine... IF someone had something I have, they ought to feel different... right? She allowed him to guide her, crossing her legs under her, as soon as they were in teh chair.
A Knight or Victorian gentleman...I have two knights here.... My Knights of Tulip... Willow giggled, as she 'glanced over to Dominic. What did you do outside of this place? Did you live in a castle? Did you sleep in a coffin? Do you have rituals? She began firing questions at him, curious of his life. She liked knowing how peoples lives were outside of here, how they were before... what they knew... how they lived... what they thought....
