[/b][/center]Hi, guys! Yer friendly co-admin Chelsea here. It's almost time for OTMs again, so we're going to be doing it a bit different this time rather than how we had voting last time. More or less, it's to see what works best for the site, not just use staff, and we want to try and include everyone in the process, so we're going to be doing it this time with you guys. This is how we're going to do it. There are certain rules you'll need to follow, and if you break even ONE of those rules, your nominations no longer count. All of them.THE RULES
- Just like with voting, you CANNOT nominate yourself in ANY category. Even in threads. While I know you think highly of your own characters, you'd be surprised as to who nominates what and who.
- You have to send your nominations HERE. I don't care if you're an admin or mod, or if you're all goody goody with one of them. If you don't PM me it, you don't get a nomination count. End of story. This is so I can have a definite FINAL COUNT when the time comes to sort out who goes up for noms.
- You can only NOMINATE ONCE, and there's no changing your nomination votes. THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR PM.
- You have the ability to nominate TWO THREADS OR PEOPLE for each category, but NO MORE. Anymore after the first two people/thread/characters listed will be ignored. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Nomination Period will be from September 5 to September 11. Any nominations after that will be discarded.
- CURRENTLY AT THE MOMENT I ASK THAT NO ONE VOTES FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE CURRENTLY DISAPPEARED. IF YOU DO, I'LL ASK YOU TO CHANGE YOUR NOMINATION. Sorry in advance.

- FEMALE OF THE MONTH - the best female character, can be either an intern, nurse, security, patient or doctor. Can not be a current winner in the last five months.
- MALE OF THE MONTH - the best male character, can either be an intern, nurse, security, patient or doctor. Can not be a current winner in the last five months.
- MEMBER OF THE MONTH - have that special friend you talk to all the time in the cbox, and just really love them enough to nominate them? Put them here! Can not be a current winner in the last five months.
- THREAD OF THE MONTH - have a thread that makes you smile when you reread it, or make you giggle uncontrollably? Nominate it here! Can not be an already won thread, and should be active from three weeks previous. Closed threads are acceptable.
