David J Stringer24 and shy as a mouse, dave has just started his career as an intern for extra credit at the local college. relationships of any kind never grow overnight with him, and it takes a good amount of attention just to get him to talk to you. in the rare cases where he talks first, he'll always leave soon after he's said a couple of words. he looks at the world optimistically, even if he doesn't let anyone know he's doing it. you think about itand just how it all beganF R I E N D S dave could probably make a few of these. to become a real friend, you'd have to approach him first, but he's generally polite to everyone that he meets. he doesn't like people invading his personal thought bubble, so he'd be a little distant at first, but with time he'd be ready to throw himself in front of a bullet for anyone that took the time to get to know him. some people never learnand don't quite understandL O ♥ E R S i plan on him having one of these... eventually. dave's only real love experience was in highschool, and it only lasted about a month. his second love was just considered a friend by david, then unaware of his feelings. both were boys. he's not open to dating girls, just gonna put that out there. he doesn't go around advertising it, though, so there might be some awkward moments. dave looks for love in a relationship, not sex (he's still a virgin at 24!), and will likely freak out if anyone tries to make a move that goes farther than kissing. it's true you've been awaybut not for all that longE N E M I E S i don't see him having many of these, and it would probably be a one-side hatred if it ever did happen. though dave's choppy way of talking and aversion to others may annoy some people, the worst david would ever do would be to go out of his way to avoid them. he doesn't enjoy unpleasant situations, and would never purposely hurt someone emotionally or physically. now all the protocolssuddenly they're gone

Dave and Charlotte
Aww, nobody posted here. :[ ...Oh! I can fix that! Dave s all kinds of cute, and you used NPH how could I dislike him?, so I have to plot. The only character that I really have at the moment is Miss Charlotte. I don't really see them being friends or enemies and definitely not lovers but I do have a couple of ideas. Feel free to yay or nay them. :]
She's a very talkative girl and tends to talk like she's a lot younger than she is. Charlotte has dependent personality disorder and needs people to tell her what to do as she can't make decisions for herself and she actually has very low self worth. She wouldn't understand why he's so quiet and would probably just talk to him. If he were to avoid her she might say something inappropriate and she would probably pout and be all pissy with him afterward.

Charlotte and DaveProbably cause I did the page badly, but whatever XP
For one, she's a girl. Dave would be extremely awkward around her, he's just like that. He'd like that she'd be able to fill the silence, not requiring him to talk much, but he probably wouldn't be able to relate much to what she was saying. He also wouldn't be able to order her around.. at all. He felt bad when he simply told one patient that he had to try harder (then said patient made him cry... *coughclaudiascough* <3). He probably wouldn't avoid her unless she really made him upset, which is pretty hard to do when he's in his normal mood. If she got pissy... he'd just shut up XD I can see some plottage between them if they held out through the first awkward moments, and as Dave really can't do that, we'd be relying on Charlotte. Lol.

Dave and Charlotte
Nawwwwwww. </3 I don't think so anyway. I do think that she would try to each out since she's exceptionally friendly and she's seeking somebody with a dominant personality. She'd quickly realize that Dave is not that person. Even if he doesn't relate to her she would happily talk to him and be all, willing to talk. I think that the both of them could be pretty entertaining and if you're ever willing to thread know I'm willing to. :]

SIMON&DAVE
OMG, these two are so BUDDIES! Sorry I'm so excited about it, but idk.. maybe they kept bumping into each other in the staff lounge, but never said a word to each other because they're both so shy. Eventually, Simon starts to feel too awkward about the situation so he breaks the silence and introduces himself on his fifth day of work. (Since he's only been working at Lucid for a week, their friendship should be about two days old and not that strong), but later I'd love for Simon to know David well enough to read his facial expressions without him even needing to say a word. They'd be like an awesome nerdy duo.

Simon and Dave
I think Dave just pissed himself with happiness. ... Er, I mean, yeah! He needs friends soo badly XD And they're both pretty new, too, so that could work out really well. We need a thread, like, soon as possible. Obviously. Don't think Dave's that nerdy... but whatever XD Your excitement is contagious! Or am I just really tired..?

SIMON&DAVE
Haha. Oh my bad, I didn't mean to call David a nerd. I guess I'll just have to get to know his character a little better, but Simon is definitely a nerd. The good kind though (of course) lol. I'll start up the thread... don't know where yet though, but I'll PM you when it's done.

Simon and Dave
It's fine XD He really does look like a nerd sometimes, and honestly, I myself have confused him for one a lot. Anywhere's fine, but some places... might affect his personality in negative ways... I haven't been a good parent. Put him through trauma in his first month here... Um... I mean... Lol, try the staff lounge maybe?
